Leucine, isoleucine and valine are part of the Branched-Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) family. BCAAs are among the 9 essential amino acids for humans, which means that our body is unable to manufacture them. So our only source of these amino acids is our daily food or dietary supplements. Branched-Chain Amino Acids account for about 35% of the essential amino acids found in muscle proteins.

Ingredients:
