Ingredients:
CreaBev(Creatine Monohydrate, Soluble Pea Fibre, Emulsifier: Lecithins), Acid(Citric Acid), Flavoring, Aquamin(Magnesium Citrate), CocoMineral(Coconut Water Powder(Cocos nucifera L., Fruit)), Sweeteners(Sucrolose, Acesulfame K), Beetroot Concentrate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Nicotinamide, Colour(Riboflavins), Zinc Oxide, Calcium D-Pantothenate, Cyanocoblamin, Thiamin Hydrochloride.

Take 7g (1 serving) with around 300ml of water. Make sure to consume at least 2-3L of water throughout the day for optimal results.
