Ingredients:
L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate - Creapure, L-citruline L-malate, sodium citrate, calcium phosphate, creatine citrate, bulking agent inulin, L-ascorbic acid, L-tyrosine, caffeine, flavouring, mixture of beetroot concentrate and spirulina extract, nicotinamide, L-dimethylaminoethanol bitartrate, black carrot concentrate, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, black pepper extract (95% of piperine) - Bioperine, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride. The product may contain traces of soy and milk protein.

Start with 8.5g and add it to 1 smaller cup of water(about 150ml). Next time, if you feel like that wasn't enough, try 17g and add it to 1 big cup of water(about 300ml). Consume 30 minutes before your workout.
